Nutritional labelling Nutritional labelling refers to the information which appears on the label about the following points:
number of calories proteins carbohydrates lipids dietary fibers sodium vitamins et minerals ...Nutritional labelling is optional. However, when a nutritional claim appears in the labelling, presentation or advertising, it is mandatory (except for collective advertising campaigns).
