Nutritional labelling


Nutritional labelling refers to the information which appears on the label about the following points:

number of calories

proteins

carbohydrates

lipids

dietary fibers

sodium

vitamins et minerals

...


Nutritional labelling is optional. However, when a nutritional claim appears in the labelling, presentation or advertising, it is mandatory (except for collective advertising campaigns).

When nutritional labelling is used, group 1 or group 2 information must be listed in the following order:
